Shipping Methods & Costs

We offer standard shipping services, with free shipping available on orders totaling over $100 . Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout; oversized items incur additional charges, which are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the following business day. Delivery times vary by location and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or peak sale periods.

Amending or Cancelling Your Order

Due to the fast-paced nature of online retail operations, we may be unable to cancel or modify any online orders once they have been shipped.
Modifications may include, but are not limited to:

Changing the shipping address
Canceling an entire order
To avoid any delivery issues, please ensure that
all information provided at the time of checkout is complete and accurate.

You may request to cancel or modify an order only within one hour of placing it. After this one-hour window has elapsed, your order will begin processing at our warehouse. If you need to change your shipping address or cancel your order within one hour of placing it, please contact us using the email address you provided at checkout. If more than one hour has passed, you will no longer be able to make any modifications to your order.

How to Track Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track the status of your order via the website of our designated logistics partner. All Ruvince products are shipped through our third-party logistics providers, depending on the size of the order and your delivery address.

Returns & Exchanges

Return & Refund Policy

Items purchased from ruvince.com must be returned to our warehouse via mail within 30 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, items must remain in brand-new condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused—with original packaging intact and all tags and stickers present and undamaged.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for us to process it. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. After the refund has been processed, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method or card issuer.

Please note that shipping and handling fees incurred for returns made due to personal reasons are the responsibility of the customer. If your return is classified as a "personal reason return," the shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.

Note: Reasons classified as "changing one's mind" include, but are not limited to: the item being too small or too large, simply disliking the product, or no longer needing the product.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you prefer to ship the item back at your own expense, we can provide the return address; please contact us via our customer service portal.

For high-value items, we strongly recommend purchasing additional insurance, as Ruvince cannot be held liable for any loss or damage once the package has been shipped.

Please provide a tracking number so that we may assist you in monitoring the status of your return.

If you choose to ship the item back at your own expense, we will not charge any return fees.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
